With a degree in marketing from University of North Texas, Sharon has put her creative skills to work for the community first through her children’s school, having overseen the production of a video featuring students at Moss Haven Elementary raising awareness and funds for Doctors Without Borders in fighting the Ebola outbreak. She produced and did recording and editing of the Ebola Awareness Video-WE ARE THE WORLD -(cover) with the kids at Moss Haven Elementary and Thrillogy Entertainment in 2014 and a follow-up video bringing the cast back together as rising Juniors and Seniors at Lake Highlands High School and the high schools they attended for the Covid -19 pandemic. Her husband Haskill Gill Kirkpatrick is a hematologist-oncologist at Health Texas Presbyterian Hospital.

The Position

Marketing the work of DCMSA&F will include advertising all avenues of our fundraising activities including the use of Aldredge House by photographers for family and bridal portraits and film companies for various uses. She will also promote our services to the community through various marketing means and assist with design of printed materials. She will carry part of the load on promoting DCMSA&F through social media and the building of our new website.
