Edith Cavell Nursing Scholarship Fund
Provides need-based scholarships to nursing students pursuing a BSN/RN degree at an accredited baccalaureate program in Dallas County. Established in 1954, the fund has given over $600,000 to deserving nursing scholars.

Aldredge House Preservation Fund
Established in 2015 through gifts from philanthropists Jeanne Aldredge, Ruth Altshuler, Margaret McDermott, and Gene Jones. Donations maintain Aldredge House as a museum home and public meeting place, funding educational programs, events, and Living History performances.

Benefactor Endowment Fund
Grown from the original 1923 Reserve Fund and merged in 1993 with the Ruth and Grace Talkington Fund — a gift from the late Perry Talkington, MD. This major fund supports grants to DCMSAF philanthropies, community nonprofits, and special projects that secure the Alliance's future.

Bayles Elementary School
Supports health-related projects at this underserved DISD elementary in far East Dallas — screenings, immunizations, health education, nutrition, Reading Partners tutoring, and TMA programs like Hard Hats for Little Heads and Walk with a Doc.
